DIKIJ, DIKIJ PLJAŽ. ŽAR NEŽNYCH

DIKIJ, DIKIJ PLJAŽ. ŽAR NEŽNYCH

In depicting the tourism that every summer invades the eastern coast of the Black Sea, the film offers an incredible story about Russia’s most extravagant souls (and their fantasies, perversions and desires), who may be living in a neo-capitalistic system but are still, however, rooted in the old Soviet era. The most noteworthy characters – besides a casually-attired Putin – include a young alcoholic couple, a man who works the beach with his camel, a Don Juan, and a dwarf who marries a young woman. Mankind’s character is probed in its most complex aspects.
