In acting classes, in theatres across Italy, adolescents embark on their own journey of transformation. Many teenagers today experience what actors like Vinicio Marchioni or Francesco Di Leva experienced a while back: they found their way on the boards of the stages, under the eyes of the spectators.
David Emmer (Rome, 1967) divides his work between film, television and writing, including theatre. He has been directing some of his best-loved works for Rai Cultura for years, including the docu-fictions The Creation of Frankenstein (2022) and William Blake - La visione e l’infinito (2023) .
