DANCE ON SCREEN, the initiative dedicated to screen dance in the framework of the Pesaro Film Festival, offers a brief preview of VIDEOBOX 2026, the international screen dance festival organised by Hangartfest that is now reached in its sixth year.
The core of the programme is the presentation of the shortlist of five titles for Interfaccia Digitale 2026, an international competition promoted by HANGARTFEST since 2020. The event’s highlight is Gilles Jobin’s Cosmogony, a live digital performance created by a pioneer in the use of new technologies and motion capture in ballet.
DANCE ON SCREEN is a brief journey across the latest developments in contemporary dance for the screen, showcasing a fresh approach to performing arts and new technologies.
