A long night in a psychiatric hospital, in 1962. A forced pact between a nurse and a patient, who is compelled to submit to inhumane practices. Filmed on the grounds of the Umberto I General Hospital, this intimate, minimalist drama explores the notion of time standing still and the possibility of overcoming alienation through care for others.
Elia Bei graduated as an actor from the European Academy of Dramatic Arts and then in directing from the CSC. He directed Il ladro di spezie and Décadence and is working at Licini: A Precarious Angel.
