A mysterious woman wakes up on a deserted beach. She wanders among ruins and derelict buildings, perceiving the memory of the artefacts. As if she were a source of energy, she is capable of reactivating electronic devices that had been turned off for a long time. In this setting of ghostly architectures, the woman logs in the digital archive of a smartphone that once belonged to a young man named Leonardo. Thus she learns not only the language of images and sounds, but also the notion of love, as she finds videos that tell the love story of Leonardo and his girlfriend. A small crew filmed abandoned villages in Basilicata, the Italian region that inspired the whole project with its desert landscapes and relics.
